We are able to perform for you all actions related to the implementation of all types of customs procedures (import, export and transit) as well as related inspections (veterinary, phyto, sanitary) both inland and at border crossings of the Republic of Croatia. At the same time, we have a customs warehouse for the accommodation of your goods under customs supervision until the moment of the implementation of any of the customs procedures, and also the accommodation of your non-customs goods that are not subject to customs supervision.
We also provide consulting services related to the application of customs procedures, customs legislation, classification of goods, origin of goods, trade preferential treatment in the EU, trade restrictions and other issues in the customs area in your business.

Intrastat is a system for collecting data on trade between EU member states. Reporting taxpayers (reporting units) are VAT payers who exceed the inclusion threshold set for the current year, which is determined separately for the direction of receipts and the direction of dispatch of goods. It is necessary to report all physical receipts / shipments of goods except those from the exclusion list (eg goods for / after repair, temporary use of goods, advertising material …). The report is submitted exclusively in electronic form by the 15th of the month using the G2B system of the Customs Administration, and submission is also possible through the declarant.
As a declarant, with many years of experience in knowing the product nomenclature and HS system, we are able to provide you with the service of creating Intrastat reports or submitting Intrastat forms.
We cooperate on a daily basis with reporting units as well as with the Intrastat Service, and we successfully resolve any doubts related to specific flows of goods within the EU.
